I made this – banana bread (with a fruity twist)

The instructions from Simply Recipes are simply easy to follow and the making is pretty versatile. This time around, I did a few things different:

For the one on the right, I substituted a 1/4 – 1/2 of choppy raspberries and omitted the third banana. For the other, I omitted (read: forgot) the oil but added thawed frozen pear in for the third banana and added a handful of chocolate chips because they’re always awesome.

They look a bit dry in the pic but they’re a few days old by this point and I’ve now tossed them in the freezer to wait for a day when the Hubs and Young Man ask me why I haven’t made banana bread in a while. Well, you guys didn’t devour the last batch very quickly..

Now I have to figure out what to do with my strawberries…
