Indiana would trounce Minnesota. Tuan Pham’s Jesus statue in St. Paul is only 17 feet tall. St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in St. John just installed one in their parking lot. Dubbed “Our Lady of the New Millennium,” the holy Mary statue is three stories high. Its actual home will be at the nearby Shrine of Christ’s Passion, a Jesus love affair-type place that sounds like nothing I’d care to visit, even if it does win awards like “South Shore Attraction of the Year.”
