This is about men who decide how they want to treat women and use a 2000 year old book to justify it. It doesn’t matter if women outnumber men in pews.

Also, Jesus wasn’t married to any of the women he hung out with. These are men making rules about how women should behave in a marriage. Rules that can really only benefit the men who think this is the only proper way to have a relationship with a wife.

There were more of them at his crucifixion, than there were of the men who followed him. The same is true today. More women believe in him than men. The first person to see him after his resurrection was a woman. Just because Eve was the thinker of the first family doesn’t really mean anything. All of us who reach the age of mental accountability, are guilty of the same thing. The Bible calls this, “Adam’s transgression.”
